Once Upon a Time – Es war einmal ist eine amerikanische Serie. Sie wird produziert von Edward Kitsis und Adam Horowitz. Im Zentrum der Handlung steht Emma Swan, die von ihrem Sohn besucht wird, den sie zur Adoption freigegeben hat und er ihr die Stadt Storybrooke zeigt. Er glaubt, dass jeder Einwohner der Stadt früher einmal eine Figur aus einem bekanntem Märchen war. Sa dort aber die Zeit angehalten wurde, leben jetzt alle ein normales Leben und können sich an nichts erinnern. Emma ist selbst teil dieses Ereignisses und war früher Schneewittchen. Seit 2011 wird die Serie gezeigt und drei Staffeln wurden ausgestrahlt. Die vierte Staffel ist schon bestellt.
